Have you ever fantasised about giving your man a lap dance, but just don’t have the courage to give it a go? It can be a little intimidating if you’re not sure what to do, so at Hampers 4 Two we’ve put together a short guide to help you get started.
1. Dress for success
You don’t have to dress like a stripper but wear something you feel comfortable and sexy in.
2. Choose your music
Choose a song that makes you want to move. It can be sexy and seductive or fast and booty-thumping. The most important thing is you feel confident dancing to it.
3. Dim the lights
Create an atmosphere that makes you feel sexy, seductive and in the mood to dance. Dim the lights or light a few candles to set the mood. You need enough light to be seen, but you don’t want it to be so bright it kills the mood.
4. Choose a sturdy chair
A sturdy dining chair is ideal for a lap dance. Just make sure it can take the weight of both of you. You could always make do with a sofa if you don’t have a suitable chair.
5. Get your sexy on
Be confident and make eye contact as you strut into the room. Don’t worry about getting every move right, just have fun. Remember, he’s not going to be critiquing your dance moves!
Start swaying your hips from side to side and slowly gliding your hands across your body to give your partner a taste of what's to come. Let him feel your breasts and hair graze him as you circle the chair. Your goal is to tease as much as possible, making him ache to touch you. If he tries, playfully slap his hand away and tell him, "No touching!"
Coming back to the front lean over your man, chest out and slowly lower yourself onto his lap. Wrap your legs around him and move your body up and down along his. Lift one arm above your head and gently move your hand forward and back like you're riding a bull in slow-motion.
Arch backwards moving your pelvis so it is gyrating against your partner's. Then lean in as if for a kiss, teasing all the time, then slowly unwrap your legs and stand between his spread legs.
Place your hands on his knees, and move toward his face, then slowly lower yourself until you're moving your body from side to side with your face near their stomach. Place your hands on his sides for just a second, and then slowly work your way back up.
There are no right or wrong moves. Feel free to improvise as you see fit and most importantly have fun. What you do when the music finishes is up to you!
